CAAN is a key contributor to research teams that are led by respected researchers who are researching issues that have clear connections and implications for Indigenous Peoples.

Our staff members contribute to these research teams in a variety of roles and are actively involved in how the research project is designed and implemented.

The Nine Genders is an International Research project to start moving to national and then to local. It is proposing a new way of organizing gender. We are gathering people together to do research circles through which we will collect data.
